I just spoke with Susan Holman who raved about your house. I was born just down the street in March 1945 at the home originally built by the Shea family. Mr Shea was a developer/builder from SF who banked with my grandfather in Oregon. During the war they could not get to the house so let my parents use it. I have been back to Ocean Ave many times over the yeatrs and would be very interested in knowing about renting your home in the future.
